1. Stock Validity – While Stock Last
2. Delivery – Free Delivery within Melaka when purchase RM150 and above in a single receipt, all delivery will be within 3-4 working days.
3. We accept payment methods as below:
- Bank Transfer (Manual Transfer)
- Online Transfer
- Self- Pick Up (Cash, Master Card, Visa Card, My Debit Card)
- Cash on Delivery (Melaka only)
Customers that using Bank Transfer should insert Customer’s Name and Order Number in the customer’s copy of relevant Bank-In or Deposit Slip and take a photo and send to us for quality delivery.
4. Our customer service working time for this website:
-Monday to Friday 9.00a.m.-5.30p.m.
-Saturday 9.00a.m. -2.00p.m.
*The order that placed on Saturday or Sunday will count as Monday order.
5. Delivery Time Slot
-3p.m. is everyday cut-off time for Monday to Friday; the order place after 3p.m. will count as next day order.
-Customers may check the goods while customers received, if discover that goods are damage, immediately take a photo and send it to us, we will replace that goods as soon as possible or customers may change to others goods that with same or more amount.
*We are not responsible for the postage.
-Some items or conditions are NOT allowed to return:
§ Custom order by customers
§ Obvious sign of used
§ Goods that purchase from other sellers
§ Goods that purchase more than 10days
7. Please make sure that the account name is correct before completing the transaction, we are not responsible for wrongly transfer to third party account.
